The PERSONAL promise
If your average recommendation rating is 6 out of 10 or less, you don’t pay for PERSONAL.
After PERSONAL, we ask each participant: “How likely are you to recommend your PERSONAL session?”
The scale runs from 0 (not at all likely) to 10 (extremely likely). We use the average of those ratings. This promise applies to PERSONAL only.
