ADVANCED for executives brings the same content as the four-hour team session into a two-hour, one-to-one session with a senior practitioner. We move at your pace and go as far as your starting point, the work and the available tools allow.
The useful shift is from asking AI for an answer to deciding what work you can delegate, how you will judge it and what you will do with the capacity created.
An individual executive / 2 hours
Use one recurring priority to explore connected tools, Notebooks, Agents and, where appropriate, Cowork. With one person and one context, the session can move quickly into the next level of practice.
Discuss one-to-one ADVANCED →A team / 4 hours
The same ADVANCED content, with room for shared practice, different starting points and agreement on how the team will use, check and repeat the work.
Discuss ADVANCED for your team →Start with context and sources, turn a recurring task into a reusable pattern, then explore delegating a multi-step piece of work to an agent or a tool such as Claude Cowork. You practise setting the goal, steering the work and reviewing the result. Tools and access are agreed beforehand; the session follows your readiness and the task.
