ADVANCED PLUS comprises repeating cycles of three coached sessions, with
coaching that continues between and beyond them. One real business problem,
built into an application the business can depend on.

That's the threshold. Once failure becomes disruptive, the solution has to be
designed, deployed and managed, not just used. Ask yourself: if this application

A guided programme, not a single workshop. A short self-paced course up front, then three coached sessions per cycle, spaced over
several weeks, with coaching throughout.
