01 · ADVANCED · BUILD WITH THE TOOLS
ADVANCED: You've built the fluency.
Now build with the tools.
For leaders who've completed PERSONAL or TEAM and need to go deeper than
chat prompts. Two variants: ADVANCED PERSONAL (2h, executive 1:1) or
ADVANCED TEAM (4h, cross-functional bid team). Claude, Notebooks and
Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, on real artefacts. Real work, not demos.
WHAT IT IS
PERSONAL: two hours, executive 1:1, on a real file. TEAM: four hours, cross-functional bid team, on a live bid. Real files, real bids, real
deliverables.
WHO IT'S FOR
Leaders who've completed PERSONAL or TEAM. CxOs take the PERSONAL variant; cross-functional bid or proposal teams take
TEAM.
FORMAT
PERSONAL: 2 hours, 1:1. TEAM: 4 hours, 6–10 leaders. M365 + Co-work + Notebooks + Agents.
WHERE IT SITS
STEP 2, after PERSONAL or TEAM, before ACCELERATE. Moves the cohort from L2 to L3 on the AI Fluency Model.
WHY THIS SESSION
Fluency without production is a demo. ADVANCED graduates the prompt into something the team keeps using after the session ends.
DIAGNOSE. PICK YOUR LANE. BUILD. COMMIT.
Diagnose
A self-interview across three lenses: Jobs,
Time, Leverage. Where does your week
actually go?
Pick your lane
Every job maps to Co-work, a
Notebook, or an Agent. Pick the one
that reclaims the most.
Build
On your real file, your real job. No
synthetic examples, no watching a
demo.
Commit
One thing you'll ship this week, plus
the ACCELERATE pivot for the
operating rhythm.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
01
A working artefact. PERSONAL: one CxO artefact on a real file. TEAM: a live
bid walked end-to-end, with drafts, a Notebook, and one Agent promoted to
the registry.
02
Critical thinking as reflex. Problem · Outcome · Context. Improve My Prompt.
Validate & Verify. Default discipline, not a checklist.
03
A path: Output → Notebook → Agent. Every participant names the next
automation they'll build. A five-day task becomes four with a Notebook, then
three with an Agent.
WHAT COMES NEXT
With a working artefact and a named next automation, ADVANCED hands off to
ACCELERATE: redesigning the end-to-end process, not just the task.
